Spring Awakening

I realize that I’ve told you unpleasant tales this week, and while they are usually more fun to relate, they are not truly representative of my practice.  So here’s a happy little story:

One spring day, I received a photo from a client who’d gone to contract on a home in November and thereafter closed in February. “Look how gorgeous!” was the accompanying caption.

“The sellers must have planted a zillion bulbs, and we had no idea,” the buyers continued. “We really liked the house, but now we are just bowled over by the beauty. Thanks for helping us!”
