Paul Krugman is my favorite economist and columnist. I quote him all the time, primarily for the soundness of his analysis and grasp of big-picture ramifications, and secondarily for his unabashed liberalism. Since he has now been awarded a Nobel Prize, I somehow feel as if my faith in his accurate punditry is validated (insert wink and grin here).
